Pre-manufactured units average arriving from our warehouse in approx 5-10 business days after payment is made.
As a Home Sauna Sales & Setup customer I acknowledge and understand that Home Sauna Sales & Setup is NOT responsible for any electrical work in connection to my custom/built-in or kit sauna. (WE DO NOT CONNECT OR HANG THE HEATER OR ADD ROCKS) This is done privately between you and any licensed certified, and insured electrician of your choosing as REQUIRED in the instructions manual. I understand I am to follow ALL instructions that come with any electrical components which we will leave with the sauna.
(Receipt from a licensed certified and insured electrician will be required for YOU to register your heater for the warranty to be valid. Instructions to register for warranty is found in the instruction manual)
As a Home Sauna Sales & Setup customer I acknowledge and understand that Home Sauna Sales & Setup does NOT refund or accept returns once the sauna has been set up.
I understand and acknowledge that I am purchasing a kit, which has zero insulation, as opposed to the custom units which come fully insulated. I understand the difference.
I understand and acknowledge that the traditional (rock) heater is advised by both Home Sauna Sales and Finlandia, Iki, Huum, to use between 170F-180F max temperature. If used above it can cause health and structural damage that Home Sauna Sales & Setup (Andy’s Energy) is not responsible for.
I also understand and acknowledge that the infrared heaters heat differently then the rock heaters and do not heat to as high of temperature. I also acknowledge the suggested temperature for use is between 118F-132F. If used above suggested temperature Home Sauna Sales & Setup (Andy’s Energy) is not responsible for any problems that could be caused.
I understand that certain sized heaters are best for certain sized saunas and if I choose to not go with the advised heater size, I am fully responsible for any damage to heaters or sauna structure.
I understand all add ons and questions on upgrades will be asked to Andy Lythgoe as he is the sales rep and CEO to make pricing decisions, not our crew members.
